JIVA means soul. Come ride the Soul Train. Nancy practices along with the class as we breathe and ride together through this vigorously physical, non-stop flow of asanas. The shared breath, the repetition, and the eclectic music inspire a surprising sense of ease. Each week we practice the same satisfying asana flow; through repetition the magic will be forced to rise. Individuals will be encouraged to modify poses to their own level. |
