Enjoy doing just what you can while listening to great music: hot, hip, and holy music from Mozart to Moby.  This class builds upon the foundation of Kripalu Yoga, integrating asana (yoga posture), pranayama (focused breathing), meditation, and selected martial arts techniques. Tom McCarroll, RYT, is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor who holds the rank of Nidan in Shotokan Karate from the Japan Karate Association and Shodan in Tang Soo Do from the Moo Yei Do association
